Our comprehensive workflow ensures a smooth and structured approach to managing your social media marketing needs.
We start with an onboarding session to understand your brand, assess your goals, and set up communication tools like Slack, Frame.io, Notion, and Google Drive.
From there, we develop a customized content strategy tailored to your brand’s vision.
Once systems are configured, we move into ideation, scriptwriting, and content creation, followed by video editing and carousel design.
Feedback is actively gathered to optimize content before it’s scheduled for posting.
We also manage audience engagement, providing regular updates to ensure your social media success.

Typically, the onboarding process takes 4-7 working days, depending on the complexity of the client's needs and goals.

After receiving the raw footage, the initial drafts are presented within 1-2 weeks depending on the selected tier.

The average timeline for content creation and posting depends on the complexity of the content, please book a call for a free consultation on this.

We aim to implement feedback within 48 working hours of receiving it to ensure timely optimization of content.

The Timeline can be accelerated. However, this depends on the scope of the project and any additional resources required. Please contact us to discuss an accelerated timeline.

Once the onboarding process is complete, the client's role becomes minimal, allowing for a hands-off experience.

For Video Recording, your availability will be required 2-3 hours/week. For Reviews, your availability will be required twice/month, as per the content created.

Your main responsibility will be participating in video recordings, as needed, and reviewing the content we create. We handle all the heavy lifting, from strategizing and content creation to scheduling and posting. You'll only need to provide feedback and approval on drafts to ensure everything aligns with your brand’s vision.

This streamlined process lets you focus on running your business while we manage your social media presence with minimal input required from you.

We will be providing all the ideas and the scripts required, that you will then use for recording videos.
